A New Direction
Harrison Homes story begins in 2007, with a handful of speculative infill homes around the North Metro area. Over the years Harrison expanded to include a custom homebuilding division, bringing a high-level of service and quality directly to homebuyers. After successfully growing the custom home product, Harrison Homes then tackled the development, design and construction of townhomes and single-family neighborhoods. Between 2020 and today, Harrison Homes completed a 23-boutique residential townhome community, a 26-modern farmhouse single-family home community, in addition to 50 speculative infills and custom homes.
It’s through these larger-scale projects that Harrison Homes’ CEO, Scott Hudson, found the true calling of the residential construction company.

Harrison Homes – A Design-Build Construction Company
An opportunity to design and build 68 luxury for rent townhomes in Hapeville helped drive Harrison’s pivot to a general contracting model. Harrison Homes can now be hired to Design and Build for-sale and for-rent single family homes and townhome communities throughout the Greater Atlanta Metro area.
“Working on a residential development like Hapeville really showcased the talents of the Harrison team, and presented us the opportunity to deliver more homes at an accelerated pace. Residential developments allow Harrison to achieve economies of scale, so we can do what we do best: lead the home design, value engineer the project to meet the financial model, and manage the vertical construction of quality residences with features that today’s homeowners and home renters want.
