Harrison Homes
Founded in 2007, Harrison Homes has built over 400 luxury homes in North Metro Atlanta. Known for a progressive design culture and commitment to structural integrity, Harrison grew from a speculative infill housing builder to a premier leader in custom homebuilding. Harrison Homes’ portfolio then expanded to include townhome and single-family neighborhoods in sought after areas like Brookhaven, Alpharetta and Milton. In 2021, Harrison built 40 homes valued at over $40 million with a team of 20 employees.
Today, Harrison Homes builds multifamily townhome and detached single-family home communities throughout Greater Atlanta. Whether the end goal is to build homes for rent, or to build homes for sale, Harrison Homes is a premier real estate developer and general contractor who facilitates the entire construction process from start to finish and maximizes our clients’ return on investment.
Scott Hudson
Scott is the President and Owner of Harrison Homes. Scott leads the company strategy and drives growth and profitability. His background in asset management and development of single-family master-planned communities allows Scott to bring a unique vision and strategic approach to Harrison projects – both current and future.
Prior to starting Harrison Homes, Scott worked for Silverpeak, managing real estate assets in the multifamily, residential land, office, and hotel spaces. He has a Master’s in business administration with focuses in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Economics major from Washington & Lee University.
Andrew Hartman
VP of Operations
Bringing 15+ years of purchasing and estimating experience from both the public and private residential home building sectors, Andrew leads purchasing and construction contract negotiations for our team – ensuring that homes are built with the finest quality materials and remain on budget. His extensive background and experience in the remodeling and construction industry has allowed him to build a strong network of Trade Vendor partnerships with the most respected and sought-after brands and resources in the homebuilding industry. Andrew’s leadership streamlines the procurement process for our clients, allowing Harrison to design and build the best product possible while remaining aligned with the budget. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Georgia.
Dana Keller
Jason McBryde
Director of Architecture
Leading the architectural process for Harrison Homes, Jason takes an insightful and pragmatic approach, beginning with project discovery and culminating with inspiring architectural designs for each residential development. Throughout his career, Jason has worked with Toll Brothers, Beazer Homes, Ashton Woods and John Wieland Homes, designing hundreds of townhomes, single-family homes, and communities. His diverse experience has provided him with vast professional knowledge for each residential product. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
David Pappas
Lead Builder
Dave oversees all vertical construction operations for Harrison Homes. A highly skilled craftsman who is proficient in all stages of the homebuilding process, Dave brings over 30 years of professional construction experience to our team. He’s led construction operations at both large production builders like Ashton Woods and then for privately owned custom homebuilders. He masterfully manages the construction process, driving safety and efficiency for the construction schedule, trade partnerships and construction costs. Dave attended college at the State University of New York at Cobleskill majoring in Business Administration.
