Townhomes
Less than one mile from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, this project consists of 68 modern farmhouse townhomes with two, three, or four bedrooms with square footage ranging from 1,280 SF to 1,830 SF. Four floorplan options offer renters choices to fit their lifestyle needs, namely more interior space and high-end finishes such as quartz countertops with full height backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, 10’ ceiling heights in main areas, spa-like showers and contemporary lighting packages. The Hapeville townhomes also afford residents a private dog park, greenspace, fire pits and a bocce ball court for their enjoyment. This is Hapeville’s first purpose-built for rent townhome community. Harrison Homes is the Design-Build Firm executing the preconstruction, site planning and site development, permitting, entitlements, architectural plans and floor plan design, procurement, and vertical construction.

Brookhaven Commons is a masterfully planned for-sale community made up of 26 modern farmhouse single-family homes anchored around a charming, communal courtyard in the city of Brookhaven, GA. This award-winning community was completed in 2022 and is sold out.
Voted “Best Kitchen” and “Best Overall Home” by the Atlanta Parade of Homes, and winner of the coveted “Community of the Year” Obie award, these 3,000 square foot homes offered homeowners a choice of three or 4 bedrooms and open floor plan living. Impeccable design finishes and selections curated by Design South Interiors allowed homeowners to create stunning and timeless spaces suited to their lifestyle preferences. Idyllic shared amenities like gardens, pergolas, a fire pit, dog park and water fountain provide residents beautiful spaces to gather, socialize and enjoy life. Upscale, in-town living meets boutique residential with Bramley Park in Brookhaven. Four residential three-story buildings feature spectacular for-sale luxury townhomes. These 23 residences have three bedrooms, two car garages, chef caliber kitchens, spa bathrooms, and statement fireplaces. Located just minutes from Town Brookhaven, Emory and Buckhead, Harrison Homes acquired and developed the infill site, consisting of 14+ units per acre with convenient access to the established neighborhood of Brookhaven, GA. The floorplans range from 2,700 SF to 3,045 SF and are loaded with premium design finishes and homeowners had a choice of three interior design concepts: transitional, contemporary, or modern styles.
Walkable to downtown Brookhaven and Marta, this project transformed and elevated the neighborhood’s streetscape. Harrison Homes led the design-build from land acquisition, entitlements, permitting, vertical construction and occupancy, and partnered with Tunnell Spangler-Walsh for architecture and Design South Interiors for design.
