How We Work


Our first step is to connect with your team to discover your build for sale or build for rent project needs.  Are you under contract on a property and need help with entitlements or do you own the land and seek elevation and floorplan designs? Does your single-family neighborhood or cottage home rental community require a master plan with shared amenities?  Is your site developed, plans in hand, and you need a general contractor to come in to build and execute? 

That initial call helps Harrison understand what your design and build needs are.

Letter of Intent

To move forward with the relationship, Harrison Homes requires an LOI and deposit for services.

Pro Forma/Schematic

Our client’s share the financial model and complete details concerning the community’s construction cost data.  For example: the number and type of units, the cost per square foot for construction, site development costs, rent targets, maintenance budget and the exit strategy.


We work with our clients to understand the contract preference and will build a contract that fits with your business model. We are well versed in the following contracts and deal structures:

Project Planning

Harrison Homes assembles the project plans, specifications, and complete cost budget.

Execute Contract

Signatures are exchanged and the project continues to move forward..

Construction Begins

Harrison’s professional team facilitates the entire residential construction process, keeping the job site productive, on schedule and safe. We’ll establish a communication plan with the involved parties to keep everyone informed of construction progress from start to finish. 

Harrison Homes values people.  The safety of our team, trade partners and community is our first priority, period. Our team and subcontractors are committed to safety on the jobsite, and we monitor and enforce compliance daily. Our MOD rate is below one and declining, and our TRIR is 0.  Maintaining a culture of safety is at the forefront of who we are.
