Harrison Homes was awarded the contract to construct 75 cottages planned for Presbyterian Village’s new campus in Watkinsville, GA. This project is being developed following the success of nearby sister community Presbyterian Village Athens, and will provide additional housing options for seniors 62+.
Presbyterian Village communities, managed by Presbyterian Homes of Georgia, are nonprofit Life Plan Communities designed to support residents through every stage of retirement. Each campus offers a comprehensive range of services—from independent living and assisted living to memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing—within vibrant neighborhoods featuring engaging amenities and an active lifestyle.

Presbyterian Village Oconee will offer 75 maintenance-free cottages ranging in size from approximately 1400 SF to 2000 SF. The community features 7 floor plan options to fit the needs and desires of today’s seniors. Additionally, buyers may choose from three interior design concepts with thoughtfully designed upgrade options.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2027 with Harrison Homes.
