Lake Oconee, GA—Harrison Homes, Atlanta’s premier Design-Build firm for residential developments, was awarded the contract to design and construct 72 luxury townhomes for new development Airabella Lake Oconee. Developed by Choice Gateway, Airabella is a 137-acre mixed-use residential resort community located on Linger Longer Rd and Lake Oconee Parkway in Greensboro, next door to the popular Reynolds Lake Oconee community and Ritz Carlton Reynolds Resort. In addition to the upscale townhomes and single-family homes, Airabella will add layers of experiences to the community including chef-driven restaurants, a brewery, a boutique Marriott Tribute hotel, local retail, shared green spaces, and a nine-hole public golf course. Over 200 programmed events are planned for the year in this pedestrian-friendly, family- focused inclusive community.

Harrison Homes led the architectural design of the ultra-high-end townhomes, which feature three floor plans and 16 home elevations. The Vista model offers homebuyers 4,000+ SF of luxury living across three levels and the Aster model offers 3,000+ SF. Both Aster and Vista are built for entertaining. The homes will have elevators, two car garages, dedicated golf cart parking, sky view terraces, epicurean kitchens with quartz countertops, a scullery, upscale lighting and trim packages, wet bars, white oak hardwood floors, and golf course views.
The Vista model boasts an incredible private courtyard with options such as an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and temperature-controlled plunge pool. These homes also feature a detached two car garage with an optional apartment with kitchenette for guests or multigenerational living.

Harrison Home will begin vertical construction in July for Phase 1 of the townhomes. Pre-sales for the townhomes are underway with Coldwell Banker. Sales prices for the Aster start at $1,400,000 and Vista at $1,700,000.
