Contest Rules and Regulations

 

Fall Ya’ll Porch Makeover
CONTEST
September 18th  – September 25th, 2020

 

1. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the contest, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

 

2. Eligibility: This contest is open to all legal residents of GA within 15 miles of 1954 Airport Rd. Chamblee, GA 30341 at least 21 years of age and owns their home. Strategic Partners and Staff of HH and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter the contest.

 

3. Contest Period: The contest opens on  September 18th 11:00 a.m. EST and ends on September 25th at 5 p.m. EST.

 

4. Prizes: There is ONE (1) Free Porch Makeover valued at $300. The prize will be awarded randomly at the end of the contest period. The winner will be contacted on the platform in which they entered the contest via direct message. Winner has 24 hours to respond to claim the prize and should no response be received, the prize awarded to another randomly selected winner. The  prize includes and is limited to front porch decor items curated by Harrison Homes designer. 

 

5. Contest Entry: To enter the contest, entrants must tag the name, or names, of friends as part of their comment on the HH Fall Ya’ll  contest post and both parties following the Instagram (IG) or Harrison Homes Facebook (FB) page. The Harrison Homes Fall Ya’ll post must also be shared in the entrant’s IG stories or FB feed.  Winners will be contacted via direct message on the site they participated in. Chances of winning will vary depending on the number of contest entries. 

 

6. Waiver: Upon acceptance of the prize, Winner agrees to have their first name  and porch photo published on the Harrison Homes Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIN accounts and/or any other future promotions

 

7. Harrison Homes will not be held responsible for any claims of damage or injury to persons, porch or property while decorating the porch. Prize is only decor; no structural alterations/construction/work will performed by Harrison Homes to winner’s property. Harrison Homes is not responsible for removing or cleaning up decor items once their use is completed.
